gnu: python-ghp-import: Update to 2.1.0.
* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (python-ghp-import): Update to 2.1.0.
[source]: Update URL, permanent redirects.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject.
[arguments]: Switch to gexps.
<#:tests?>: Disables tests, do not exist in PyPI or Git.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
[home-page]: Update URL.
