gnu: python-imaplib2: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/mail.scm (python-imaplib2):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch providing tests.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest and python-setuptools.
