gnu: python-pytest-benchmark: Update to 5.1.0.
* gnu/packages/python-check.scm (python-pytest-benchmark): Update to 5.1.0.
[build-system]: Use pyproject.
[arguments] <tests?>: Disable tests for now to bypass cycles.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools; replace python-pyetes with
python-pytest-bootstrap.
