gnu: ecl-closure-template: Don't run the test suite.
The test suite of cl-closure-template fails under ecl due to
incomplete support for ecl in the testing framework cl-lift.
* gnu/packages/lisp-xyz.scm (ecl-closure-template)[arguments]: Don't run the
test suite.
