transformations: Fix `recursive?' inheritance for `with-git-url'.

* guix/transformations.scm (transform-package-source-git-url): Use the second
value of `package-git-url+recursive?'.
* tests/transformations.scm
("options->transformation, with-git-url, recursive? inheritance"): New test.
