gnu: falcosecurity-libs: Fix BPF issue on Linux 6.15+.
This fixes sysdig.
* gnu/packages/patches/falcosecurity-libs-bpf-probes-fix.patch: New patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (falcosecurity-libs): Apply it.
