services: desktop: Migrate to (gnu system privilege).
* gnu/services/desktop.scm (desktop-services-for-system): Extend
PRIVILEGED-PROGRAM-SERVICE-TYPE rather than SETUID-PROGRAM-SERVICE-TYPE
and use the totally new FILE-LIKE->SETUID-PROGRAM.
