gnu: symbiyosys: Use abc-yosyshq and enable tests.
* gnu/packages/electronics.scm (symbiyosys)[inputs]: Replace abc by
abc-yosyshq.
[arguments]<#:phases>{disable-abc-tests}: Remove phase.
