gnu: belle-sip: Update to 5.3.57.
* gnu/packages/linphone.scm (belle-sip): Update to 5.3.57.
[configure-flags]: Replace -DENABLE_STATIC=NO with -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON.
[phases] {separate-outputs, check}: Adjust tester file name.
