gnu: lsof: Update to 4.99.6.
* gnu/packages/lsof.scm (lsof): Update to 4.99.6.
[source]: Remove patch.
[arguments]: Remove field.
* gnu/packages/patches/lsof-compat-linux-6.9.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
