gnu: python-biothings-client: Update to 0.4.1.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-biothings-client): Update to 0.4.1.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-httpx.
