gnu: python-slugify: Update to 8.0.4.
* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-slugify): Update to 8.0.4.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Drop them.
<#:test-backend>: Set it.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
