gnu: texlive-minted: Use packaged version of python-latexminted.
Fixes #2551
* gnu/packages/tex.scm (texlive-minted)
[arguments]<phases>: Add 'fix-paths phase to refer to latexminted.
[inputs]: Add python-latexminted.
[source]<snippet>: Remove vendored scripts and wheel files.
