gnu: xonsh: Skip one more test, simplify.
* gnu/packages/shells.scm (xonsh):
[arguments] <test-flags>: Skip one more problematic test.
<phases>: Use default 'install.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-setuptools and python-wheel; add
python-setuptools-next.
