gnu: python-mpi4py: Update to 4.1.0.
* gnu/packages/mpi.scm (python-mpi4py): Update to 4.1.0.
[arguments]<#:phases>: Add 'check phase replacement.
<#:test-flags>: Set them.
[native-inputs]: Replace python-cython-0 by python-cython.
