gnu: python-google-cloud-core: Update to 2.5.0.
* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-google-cloud-core): Update to 2.5.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Drop them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-grpcio-status, python-pytest,
python-setuptools.
[description]: Improve style.
