etc: Ensure guix.authenticate section is populated in post-merge hook.
This provides some extra automation.
* etc/git/post-merge [!guix.authenticate.introduction-commit]: Run
initial 'guix authenticate' command, as documented in (info "(guix) Building
from Git").
