hydra: Build for all the specified systems.
* build-aux/hydra/gnu-system.scm (hydra-jobs): Pick all the `system'
keys in ARGUMENTS.
[cross-jobs]: Turn into a procedure, with a `system' parameter.
Build packages for all of SYSTEMS and %CROSS-TARGETS.
