* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-kitchen): Update to 1.2.6.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:test-flags>: Ignore failing-tests.
<#:phases>: Add phase 'delete-broken-test-files.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pynose, python-setuptools.
[propagated-inpurs]: Remove python-chardet.
