gnu: nginx: Enable ngx_http_dav module.
This allows setting up a WebDAV server with nginx, see:
<https://nginx.org/en/docs/http/ngx_http_dav_module.html>.
* gnu/packages/web.scm (nginx)[arguments]<configure-flags>: Add
"--with-http_dav_module" flag.
