compile: Use ‘-O2 -Ono-letrectify’ for ‘gnu/home/services’.
Partly fixes <https://issues.guix.gnu.org/74748>.
* guix/build/compile.scm (optimization-options): Add ‘gnu/home/services’
alongside ‘gnu/services’.
