gnu: bzrtp: Update to 5.3.57 and disable tests.
* gnu/packages/linphone.scm (bzrtp): Update to 5.3.57.
[arguments]: Use gexps.
<#:configure-flags>: Replace -DENABLE_STATIC=NO with -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=YES.
Remove -DENABLE_TESTS=YES. Add -DENABLE_DOC=YES.
<#:tests?>: New argument.
[inputs]: Move sqlite to...
[propagated-inputs]: ... here.
