gnu: flint: Update to 3.2.2 and enable parallel tests.
Parallel tests appear to work now on aarch64-linux.
* gnu/packages/algebra.scm (flint): Update to 3.2.2.
[inputs]: Remove unused input ntl.
[arguments]<#:parallel-tests?>: Remove the #f value.
