gnu: python-zxcvbn: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/python-crypto.scm (python-zxcvbn):
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools, python-wheel.
[source, description]: Improve style.
