* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-zope-event): Update to 6.0.
[source] <uri>: Fix archive name according to PyPI.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest and python-setuptools.
[description]: Start from a new line, fix indentation.
