* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-zope-proxy): Update to 7.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:phases>: Replace 'check phase.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
[description]: Improve style.
[home-page]: Use the readthedocs link.
