gnu: ruby-activesupport: Fix build.
* gnu/packages/patches/ruby-activesupport-fix-deprecation-warning.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/rails.scm (ruby-activesupport): Apply it.
