gnu: python-peachpy: Update to 0.2.0-3.349e8f8.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-peachpy): Update to
0.2.0-3.349e8f8.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Remove {phases}. Add {test-target} to ignore a failing
test.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-nose, python-rednose. Add
python-pytest, python-wheel.
