gnu: python-pycosat: Update to 0.6.6.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-pycosat): Update to 0.6.6.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:test-backend>: Set it.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
[description]: Improve style.
