Revert "gnu: make-bootstrap: Fix guile-static for the 64-bit Hurd."
With the proper fix in commit
7fe040f38a55fa1b3e884a44936022913e08b09b
gnu: make-bootstrap: Fix guile-static properly for the Hurd.
this workaround is no longer necessary.
This reverts commit 63e73f3c90876121eddef9adfed017842d84177b.
