gnu: ploticus: Fix build with GCC 14.
* gnu/packages/patches/ploticus-pointer-types.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/plotutils.scm (ploticus)[source]: Use it.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
Fixes: guix/guix#1818
