gnu: opensp: Fix build on the Hurd.
* gnu/packages/patches/opensp-maxpathlen.patch: New patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/xml.scm (opensp): Add phase for adding the patch.
