gnu: go-github-com-hashicorp-go-metrics: Swap inheritance.
* gnu/packages/golang-web.scm (go-github-com-hashicorp-go-metrics):
Inherit from go-github-com-armon-go-metrics.
(go-github-com-armon-go-metrics): Sort variable alphabetically.
