gnu: python-commonmark: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-commonmark):
[build-system]: Use pyproject.
[arguments] <phases>: Use default 'check.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
