gnu: visidata: Update to 3.2.
* gnu/packages/spreadsheet.scm (visidata): Update to 3.2.
[source]: Use GitHub source repo since missing required file on PyPI.
[build-system]: Use pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools and python-wheel.
