gnu: hurd: Add patch to prevent hang of crash-dump-core.
* gnu/packages/patches/hurd-crash-x86_64.patch: New patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/hurd.scm (hurd): Add patch.
