gnu: python-asyncpg: Update to 0.30.0.
* gnu/packages/databases.scm (python-asyncpg): Update to 0.30.0. Fix build.
[build-system]: Swap to pyproject-build-system
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-typing-extensions; add
python-async-timeout.
[native-inputs]: Add python-distro, python-setuptools, and python-wheel.
