gnu: stiff: Fix build by using CFLAGS=-fcommon.
* gnu/packages/image-processing.scm (stiff): Fix build.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Add CFLAGS=-fcommon.
[home-page]: Update redirect.
