gnu: quickjs: Rebuild unicode table.
* gnu/packages/javascript.scm (quickjs)[source]: Adjust snippet to
remove another file.
[arguments]: Add a phase to insert the unicode data files.
[native-inputs]: Add ucd, unicode-emoji.
