gnu: xkcdpass: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
* gnu/packages/password-utils.scm (xkcdpass):
[build-system]: Change to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments] <test-backend>: Use "unittest".
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
