gnu: emacs-magit: Improve style.
* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-magit): Replace phase by
lisp-directory.
<:#lisp-directory>: Set to "lisp".
<:#phases>{chdir-lisp}: Remove.
{build-info-manual}: Adapt paths.
{patch-version-executables}: Run after unpack phase.
