* gnu/packages/python-crypto.scm (python-starkbank-ecdsa): Update to 2.2.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:test-backend>: Set it.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools, remove python-pytest.
