* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-giturlparse): Update to 0.12.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools-next.
[description]: Improve style.
