gnu: python-sphinxcontrib-programoutput: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/sphinx.scm (python-sphinxcontrib-programoutput):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:phases>: Add a cleanup phase to avoid pytest
malfunction.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools, python-wheel.
[home-page]: Update and reorder field.
