gnu: Remove python-pip native-input from some packages.
Remove python-pip from [native-inputs] in the following packages as not
required for build/tests/install:
* gnu/packages/python-science.scm: (python-scikit-build-core)
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm: (python-pypandoc)
* gnu/packages/shells.scm: (xonsh)
