gnu: h-client: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/hardware.scm (h-client):
[arguments]<#:imported-modules, #:modules, #:phases>: Switch to
pyproject-build-system.
<#:test-backend>: Set it.
<#:phases>: Relocate phase 'glib-or-gtk-wrap.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
