gnu: python-cram: Run without coverage.
* gnu/packages/python-check.scm (python-cram)
[arguments]<#:phases>: Improve 'patch-source phase style and disable a
substitution made for coverage. Rewrite the 'check phase and disable
coverage checks.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-coverage, which.
