gnu: python-termstyle: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-termstyle)[build-system]: Switch
to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments] <test-backend, test-flags>: Use custom.
<phases>: Use default 'check.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
