gnu: python-sh: Update to 2.2.2.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-sh): Update to 2.2.2.
[build-system]: Use pyproject.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Skip some shaky tests.
<phases>: Add 'pre-check and use default 'check.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-coverage; add python-poetry-core and
python-pytest.
