gnu: python-grid5000: Update to 1.2.4.
* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-grid5000): Update to 1.2.4.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools. Remove python-wheel.
